We have five rooms at Semal, kept cozy on purpose so we can look after every guest properly. Each one is cosy and comfortable, with a simple modern feel that stays rooted in the colours and textures of the forest around us.

Expect plenty of natural light, fresh linen, and toiletries that are as kind to the earth as they are to you. We have made sure there are enough charging points for all your devices too. Small things, but we know they matter.

The living room is everyone's room.

Help yourself to tea or coffee any time of day at the self service counter, put your feet up in front of the smart TV, or head up the stairs to the small library on the mezzanine.

Every room also opens onto a shared verandah that runs the whole length of the homestay. It is one of our favourite spots. Perfect for sitting quietly with a morning coffee or an evening drink, watching the birds and the light change over the trees.
